Specialty Massages

Deep Tissue Massage: This massage is very therapeutic and gets deep into muscle fibers to loosen muscles and release acids and toxin build up.

Pre-Natal Massage: This massage uses a specially designed table-top cushion with a recess for the breasts and abdomen so that the mother-to-be can actually lie on her stomach. A gentle and effective massage technique is used to relieve back pain, leg pain and discomfort associated with pregnancy.

Sports Massage: This type of massage was designed for the athletic person, focusing on warming the muscles, joints and connective tissue and maintaining flexibility, preventing injury, speeding healing and enhancing athletic performance.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage: This massage uses strokes that actually push lymph and toxins, increasing circulation and detoxification of the body. Combine this treatment with a detox wrap or colonic to increase its effectiveness.

Seated Chair Massage: This 15 minute invigorating massage done on a specially designed massage chair allowing the client to remain fully clothed. No lotions or oils are used and it allows the busy individual to de-stress and rejuvenate while on-the-go!
