Policies

Cancellations

We reserve the right to charge for all appointments canceled without 24 hours notice and no show appointments. Appointments can be canceled only by phone within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Email cancellations will not be accepted at any time.

All times reserved for 2 hours or more will require a credit card reservation and a 15% gratuity will be added. The reservation plus gratuity will not be charged to the credit card unless the appointment is not canceled within 24 hours notice, thus allowing us to have the chance to reschedule someone else in that time period.

Gift certificates can be used for the reservation and will be forfeited if an appointment is not canceled giving at least 24 hours notice plus any gratuity added to packages.

When an appointment is scheduled you are asking that we reserve that special time for you. Our business is done by appointments and therapists are reserving time for you and cannot take other clients. We ask only that you give us a reasonable chance to schedule others who would like to use that time or to refill the time if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.

If you have any questions about our cancellation policy please give us a call at 717.540.7717.

Thank you for your understanding.

As a Spa Guest you are expected to:

Arrive on time or early for your appointment to enjoy the facility. Know that any sexual solicitations and any inappropriate comments or actions that make the therapist feel threatened or uncomfortable will not be tolerated and we will report such actions to authorities and will end the session immediately and you will be responsible for full cost of the service. Know that you may be silent or quietly talkative during your treatment. Respect that the room must be prepared and used for the next client; so know that you must vacate the treatment room upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time and get undressed for the session in a reasonable amount of time this time may be included with your session time.

Do not bring children and leave them unattended, this is very disruptive to other spa goers and unsafe for children. Share public space respectfully with other spa customers. When in common areas, such as the waiting room, please keep your voices down in consideration of fellow Wellness Spa customers trying to relax. Some patrons like to talk during the session we try to discourage talking so that you can relax but please feel free to let your therapist know if you prefer not to talk. If you chose to talk we ask that you speak in a soft low voice as to not disturb others who may wish to not talk during their therapies.

You are required to please turn cell phones off during sessions as to not disturb other clients. Give the therapist feedback as to your comfort and special troubled areas. Your therapist will keep your body draped during "dry and wet services" and will only expose the area to be worked upon so your modesty is preserved at all times. We do provide disposable underwear but feel free to bring your own undergarments for any body treatments. Know that you are in a professional spa therapy operation and do not expect anything other than therapeutic or spa service's. Allow the therapist to perform a service as reserved and timed.

If you are late for your service that time may be deducted from your service and you are responsible for full cost of service to allow us to be on time for our next client. So we ask that you plan to be on time for your service or a few minutes early to allow you to use the rest room or fill out paperwork if it is your first visit to our spa. Please see our cancellation policy for further information. Relax…that's why you are in the spa in the first place. Give honest feedback to the therapist if you are unhappy with your treatment so she has a chance to correct things. If no feedback is given during your treatment we assume everything went well. Your therapist wants you to be happy with the services they are providing. Things like amount of pressure being used is important to communicate. Communication makes for a successful relationship. Everyone's body is different. If at any time you feel that the pressure is not sufficient or is too strong for you please let your therapist know immediately so that they can adjust to your comfort level.

Please know that some therapies may cause temporary discomfort during the session this is necessary to get deep into the muscles or to work out pockets of lactic acid trigger points etc. There is the chance that you may be sore after the therapy due to the amount of toxins and congestion in the area and lactic acid working out. If you request deep tissue massage then there is the possibility that you will be sore afterwards til the muscle heals etc. Please drink plenty of water after the service to allow your body to flush the toxins out.

Please check our most current brochure or website for correct pricing information. Prices may have changed since your last visit to our center.
